How will your complaint be handled by Redmond Mortgage?

When you file a complaint directly with Redmond Mortgage by one of the methods above:

  • We will review complaint and respond with follow-up phone call within 48 hours.
  • We will research, and follow-up with written response to Consumer within one week subsequent to the phone call recapping the resolution.
